FILM & TV SECURITY OPERATIVE

Job Description:

We are looking for FILM, TV & LOCATIONS Security Operatives to join our team.

We need Security Operatives to provide a high quality service in security and location assistance on film sets, tv sets and locations.

You could be required to:

protect client assets (cameras, lighting, set builds)
deter unauthorised access on sites
stop unwanted media / public exposure
perform perimeter / internal inspections / patrols
follow assignment Instructions
write incident reports
help with safe parking of staff, crew and artists
assist with crowd marshalling
manage parking areas
monitor fire alarms / intruder alarms
provide health and safety support
log visitors and more!

Essential Candidate Requirements:

Over 18
Valid SIA Licence
Security experience: 1 year
Customer service experience: 1 year
The right to work in the UK
Smart, well-groomed and confident
Punctual with a flexible attitude to working times
Work well in a team, with the initiative to operate on your own when required
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent communication & administration skills
Reliable with excellent time-management skills
Checkable 5-year work history
MUST be able to work evenings & weekends
MUST be able to work at short notice, out of normal working hours

Preferable Requirements [Not essential]:

Driving licence / own vehicle
First Aid Qualification
Level 2 NVQ in spectator safety
