Client engagement is all important when writing a security and crowd safety plan for a multi-faceted venue providing a platform for everything from fresher’s club events to a-list bands and cultural functions. We worked closely with venue management teams to ensure our young people have a safe place to grow and experience new things without fear of aggression or targeted criminality.
We combine venue specific training and onsite supervision to produce a complete package encompassing all security and safeguarding activity along with weekly client contact and stakeholder liaison to maintain a dynamic approach to a uniquely complex multi-focused security requirement.
